FILL THE PANTRY for The Fairbanks Food Bank!
Join Trax for a donation – based yoga class with Dee for the Fairbanks Food Bank! This month, the food bank will be collecting non-perishable food items and cash donations to help familes in need. For each item of food you bring, receive a ticket for awesome drawings including a $100 gift card to Lavelle’s Bistro and a pair of Coach sunglasses. Door prizes, tasty treats, Hoo Doo Beer and Silent Auction Packages too!

Trax’s January First Friday Art Show is Takenya Rosetta’s first solo art show in quite a while. We are looking forward to view a combination of her paintings and industrial photography.

How would you like your dreams to become a reality? Join women’s empowerment leader, Mary Black as she guides you through creating a vision board to help you realize YOUR dreams in 2017.
What is a vision board? A vision board is a collage of images, pictures and affirmations of your dreams and all of the things that make you happy. It can also be called a dream board or an action board.
We will have white boards tape, glue and some magazines. Bring some of your favorite inspiring images and power words, your favorite scissors, your dreams and an open heart. Grab your favorite yoga mat for a half-hour intention-setting flow led by the incredible Dee Gard and for a vision, dream and action-setting savasana finale. Cost: $30

Partner Yoga @ Trax Yoga
What better way to deepen your practice than with a partner. Amy will lead you thorough a fun 90 minute partner yoga workshop on Saturday, February 11th from noon to 1:30pm.

Everyone starts at the beginning—the first yoga class. It can be intimidating, scary, hopeful, fearful, invigorating and exciting all at once. Yoga Basics was created to take any intimidation and fear you might have out of your first class and put comfort, ease, and fun in instead! And that’s all it takes—a simple step to commit to just TRY it and see how it fits your body. Once you are done with this workshop you will feel right at home on your mat and at Trax Yoga! Cost is only $25.00 for this 2-hour workshop with the beautiful Megan Gooding.
Trax Zumba instructors, Lisa, Susan and Sarah are offering up a 90 minute Zumba dance party to benefit our local youth shelter. Proceeds collected going to The Door! For more information click here to check out their website.
